1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to ORASTA ("ORASTA," "we," "our," or "us"). ORASTA is a startup providing Meta Ads and digital advertising services to businesses worldwide.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of orasta.pro, including its website content, information, enquiry forms, and other features made available through the website.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue using the website.
If you engage ORASTA for paid services, the scope of work, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and other engagement-specific conditions may be set out in a separate proposal, quotation, service agreement, or statement of work. Where applicable, those specific terms will govern the relevant engagement.
If you use the website on behalf of a business or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf in connection with that use.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
You agree not to:
- Use the website in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its hosting environment, or related systems.
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful technology.
- Interfere with website availability, security, or normal operation.
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained information.
- Use the website to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another person.
- Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity, business, authority, or relationship with ORASTA.
We may restrict or suspend access to the website where we reasonably believe that its use violates these terms, creates a security risk, or exposes ORASTA or others to legal risk.
4. Enquiries, Proposals, and Service Agreements
Submitting an enquiry through our website, email, telephone, or WhatsApp does not automatically establish a client relationship or guarantee that ORASTA will accept the project.
We may request additional information before preparing a proposal or determining whether we can provide the requested services.
A proposal or quotation may specify the scope of work, deliverables, project timeline, fees, payment schedule, client responsibilities, and other conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a proposal is not a guarantee of advertising results.
Work may commence after the relevant proposal or agreement has been accepted and any required initial payment, access, materials, or approvals have been provided.
If a separate signed agreement or accepted proposal conflicts with these website terms, the specific agreement will govern the relevant services to the extent of that conflict.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging ORASTA for advertising services are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information needed to perform the agreed work.
Depending on the engagement, client responsibilities may include:
- Providing accurate information about the business, products, services, offers, and target audience.
- Ensuring that advertising claims, prices, promotions, testimonials, and supporting materials are truthful and substantiated.
- Obtaining all necessary permissions and rights for logos, images, videos, music, trademarks, customer lists, and other supplied materials.
- Providing timely access to authorized advertising accounts and relevant business assets.
- Reviewing and approving campaign materials, budgets, targeting, and other decisions when required.
- Ensuring that landing pages, websites, products, services, and business practices comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
- Providing appropriate privacy notices, consents, permissions, and lawful bases for personal data collected or used in campaigns.
- Maintaining valid payment methods and sufficient advertising-account funding where applicable.
- Informing ORASTA promptly about material changes to the business, offer, website, or campaign requirements.
Delays in providing access, approvals, information, or materials may affect project timelines and campaign delivery. ORASTA is not responsible for delays caused by missing client inputs or approvals.
6. Advertising Platforms and Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms and tools, including Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, advertising accounts, analytics tools, websites, and conversion measurement systems.
Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms, advertising standards, technical requirements, and privacy policies established by their respective providers.
Clients remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies applicable to their own accounts, products, services, advertising content, and business activities.
Meta reviews advertising and may reject ads, restrict accounts, limit features, or suspend advertising access under its applicable policies. ORASTA cannot guarantee approval of advertisements or prevent a platform from imposing restrictions. Review Meta's Advertising Standards.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, algorithm changes, platform decisions, or third-party service failures outside our reasonable control. Where included in the agreed scope, we may assist with troubleshooting or preparing a review request, but the final decision rests with the relevant platform.
7. Advertising Budgets, Fees, and Payments
ORASTA's service fees will be communicated in the applicable proposal, quotation, pricing page, or service agreement. The payment schedule and due dates will be specified for the relevant engagement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, ORASTA's service fees are separate from advertising spend paid to Meta or another advertising platform.
Clients are responsible for their advertising expenditure, platform charges, taxes applicable to their transactions, and any other third-party costs that are not expressly included in the agreed service fee.
Any applicable taxes, currency, payment method, deposit, milestone, recurring fee, and late-payment terms should be stated in the relevant proposal or agreement.
If an undisputed payment becomes overdue, ORASTA may provide notice and, where permitted by the applicable agreement and law, pause work or withhold further deliverables until the overdue amount is resolved.
Refunds, cancellations, and adjustments will be handled according to the applicable service agreement, stated cancellation terms, and mandatory legal requirements. No provision in these terms excludes a refund or other remedy that the law requires.
8. No Guarantee of Advertising Results
Digital advertising performance depends on many factors, including market conditions, competition, audience behavior, product quality, pricing, creative assets, landing-page performance, budgets, platform algorithms, and the client's sales process.
ORASTA may provide strategy, implementation, monitoring, optimization, and recommendations based on the agreed scope. However, we do not guarantee specific results unless a particular commitment is expressly documented in a written agreement.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee:
- A particular number of impressions, clicks, leads, sales, or conversions.
- A specific cost per lead, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, or revenue level.
- Approval of advertisements or uninterrupted access to advertising accounts.
- A specific ranking, reach, audience size, or level of engagement.
- That campaign performance will remain consistent over time.
Past performance, examples, case studies, forecasts, and estimates are not guarantees of future results. Business outcomes also depend on factors beyond ORASTA's control.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, the website and its content, including text, branding, graphics, design, layout, and original materials, are owned by ORASTA or licensed to ORASTA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use website content for personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit that content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to ORASTA, subject to any rights belonging to third parties. Clients grant ORASTA permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to deliver the agreed services.
Ownership and permitted use of campaign strategies, creative assets, copy, reports, templates, and other deliverables created during a paid engagement will be determined by the applicable proposal or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, ORASTA retains rights to its pre-existing methods, know-how, reusable frameworks, templates, processes, and general expertise.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and platform assets remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.
10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both ORASTA and its clients should take reasonable care when sharing confidential business information during an engagement.
Where appropriate, confidentiality obligations may be specified in a separate agreement. Clients should not provide account passwords through general enquiry forms or unsecured communication channels. Where available, role-based access should be used for advertising accounts.
ORASTA's handling of personal information collected through its website is described in our Privacy Policy.
If ORASTA processes personal data on behalf of a client, additional responsibilities may be set out in the service agreement and applicable data-processing terms.
11. Website Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep the website useful and accessible, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
Website content is provided for general information and may be updated, corrected, changed, or removed without prior notice.
Although we take reasonable care when preparing website content, we do not warrant that every description, estimate, example, or other item of information is complete, current, or suitable for every visitor's circumstances.
You are responsible for evaluating whether information obtained from this website is appropriate for your needs and for seeking professional advice where necessary.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, resources, or services for convenience or informational purposes.
These links do not necessarily indicate an endorsement by ORASTA. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites.
Accessing third-party websites is at your own discretion and is subject to their applicable terms and policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ORASTA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or from matters outside the agreed scope of our services.
This may include loss of anticipated profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill, where such exclusions are permitted by law.
ORASTA is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a client, delayed client approvals, unauthorized account activity, third-party platform decisions, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where permitted by law, any liability arising from paid services may be subject to the limitations expressly stated in the applicable service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including any rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your material breach of these terms, or materials you supply that infringe another person's rights.
This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim results from ORASTA's own unlawful conduct or from circumstances for which you cannot legally be held responsible.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the website at any time.
We may suspend or restrict website access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, suspected misuse, or protection of our rights and the rights of others.
Paid services may be paused or terminated in accordance with the applicable proposal, service agreement, and relevant law.
Ending access to the website does not automatically cancel an existing paid service agreement or remove payment obligations already incurred. Any notice periods, outstanding fees, refunds, and post-termination responsibilities will be governed by the applicable agreement and law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use to reflect changes in our services, website functionality, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after revised terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to the terms governing an existing paid engagement will be handled in accordance with the relevant service agreement and applicable law.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use and any dispute relating to the website will be interpreted under the laws applicable to the relevant relationship, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you.
Where a dispute arises, the parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication before pursuing formal proceedings.
Any governing-law clause, court jurisdiction, arbitration arrangement, or other dispute-resolution procedure for paid services should be expressly agreed in the relevant service agreement and reviewed for enforceability.
18. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A failure or delay by ORASTA in exercising a right under these terms does not automatically waive that right.
